Homeowner Assistance - Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) has launched the PA Homeowner Assistance Fund to support those whose household income is at or below 150% of the area median income (AMI) and are facing financial hardships due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The funds prevent and/or ease mortgage delinquencies, defaults, foreclosures, displacement, and utility disconnection. Learn more and apply here!

Emergency Rental Assistance Program - ERAP is available for renters of residential properties who are at risk of eviction or utility shutoffs due to hardship caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
